Smooth Cocoa Complete Overnight Oats

Great breakfast, zoe and gut friendly

I have this because it’s apparently good for gut microbiome. I add frozen raspberries or fresh blueberries and seeds on top and make with soya milk. Very filling

I have recently finished the pouch of the smooth Cocoa Ocernight Oats. Its easy enough to make with water or milk. Tastes nice enough to eat. Has a good variety of ingredients, fruit, nut, seds etc. The flavour is chocolatety. Its a good healthy breakfast. You can mix it up abit with yoghurt so overall I think its a good start to the day.
