Too tight and can’t return or exchange - one arm hole is tighter than the other I can’t wear it

Extremely disappointed I can’t return this. It’s not worth the price at all. The material feels cheap and stiff. Extremely disappointed with that. Now I’m stuck with it. This line is great I love so far every piece I’ve gotten, but this and the tank was just not it.
