Not durable

Less than a year old and the strap ripped. Reached out and was told that it was outside of the 7 day window for damaged items. For the amount you pay, it is better to go on Amazon or buy a cheaper bag elsewhere which probably will last you longer than 10 months… poor quality and poor customer service

Treat pockets are not very deep

I think this bag has the right idea, just not deep treat pockets, other items inside the bag will be covered with treat debris

Perfect size and great quality

I love this bag it’s exactly the size I’ve been searching for and seems like it will do better on a rainy day than my past bags. It fits everything I need to make sure is with me on a walk, it looks like I’ll need to order another.
