Not too fatty, really nice marbling on all of the meat. High quality, shipped to me very fast!

Very disappointed, I was expecting short rib cut as the picture shows. However, both packets which were expensive were Korean style cuts just thicker than normal. Different cut makes a difference in cooking time even more so when the price is already high.
