The product photos are very misleading. The oxtail shown in the images appears lean with minimal fat, but what I received had a very large amount of fat and looked completely different. This is not an accurate representation of the product. Customers rely on photos when ordering, and this felt deceptive. Please update the images or clearly state that the product contains a high amount of fat.

I like the packaging but this isnt a whole tail and looks like it came from a calf instead of an adult cow/bull.
