Defective item, deceptive customer service

I ordered the Everlasting Candle Warmer in White Marble. It arrived with a giant crack in the base, and a substantial portion of the base then broke off. I returned the item, and the agent offered me a replacement "at no additional cost." I understood this to mean that I would receive a replacement for free, when in fact they were just sending me a replacement. Very deceptive and misleading wording, as a consumer would not expect a replacement for a defective item to cost anything in the first place. Overall experience was very unfortunate, will not purchase from here again.

Excellent customer service. My original item came damaged through shipping but the company replaced it immediately with no charge. I didn’t even have to mail back the item that was broken. I will shop here again!
