Flavor was great and really smooth. It was not heavy at all. I baked it in the iven amd it was very tender. The rendered fat was very clean and different from the other pork bellies I get from other places. One complaint I have is that the belly did not have the skin on. I was not able to make true chicharron out of it. I rather get pork belly with the skin on.

This is the best pork belly I have ever had. The meat was tender, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth. The flavor was delicious with very little seasoning-just salt and a tiny bit of pepper. It served 8 people, and my only wish was that it came in half sizes so I could serve it more often since we don't often have 8 for dinner.

I love the thick pork belly. I’ve made it many different ways. But would love if you guys also were able to provide one with the skin on.
