I originally ordered a Medium bracelet, but it didn’t fit, so I exchanged it for a Small. The $8 return label fee was fine, and the exchange process was simple. Unfortunately, the replacement I received was not a new bracelet but a shortened version of the Medium. Because the hole is small, the knot could not be hidden, making the bracelet look defective and poorly made.
