Alpine Leash - Hunter Green

I’ve been apprehensive to leave this review, as I’ve generally been very happy with Wolf Republic up to this point. However, my brother ordered me the Alpine Leash in Hunter Green (color specified on order and packing slip), but the Whiskey colored leash was mailed to me instead. I assumed this would be no big issue, and could be resolved via the customer service team. Not so. I’ve emailed Wolf Republic multiple times over two weeks, to no response. The phone numbers listed on their website are not working phone numbers (I’ve tried calling countless times over the past couple weeks). I also tried to initiate a return through the website since it states exchanges aren’t offered (even though this would likely cause me to incur shipping charges to get the actual item we ordered). The item showed ineligible for return, though well before the 30 day mark after purchase. I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed. Before this ordeal, I was completely sold on this company. Love their look and quality of their products (I own 2 of the collars and a chew toy already). They even send kind handwritten notes with your order. Customer service is severely lacking though. Wolf Republic, please get back to me ASAP so we can resolve this
