Love this brisket bacon! We don't eat pork products, so this is an amazing alternative and way better than tegel chicken bacon! So good and tasty. Can use the grease, if there's any, to flavour mince or something else, which makes things taste amazing. I lay it out on a baking tray, so it's not touching and freeze it, then put it in a ziplock bag. Can get out one piece or however many you want at a time.
