Triple Magnesium Complex Patch

Okay when they stay on

When they stay on the patches work okay. I need them for sleep but they just won't stay put. I've tried using alcohol/ toner and different locations but I invariably wake up in the middle of the night and all the patches are gone.

What different kinds of magnesium do to the body.

I like it because it helps me sleep. But I am concerned if one of the types of magnesium in this can cause issues with a person’s bowels. Please advise. Thank you.
