The instructions need to state a couple extra things for installers: 1. The fan shroud attachments will limit the 1/2" rachet movement as any wrench over 17" long will hit the bracket for the fan shroud. Installer needs to loosen the fan shroud or better yet, remove it. 2. Notify the installer there is a locking pin hole in the tensioner to hold the belt tensioner in the open position.

Love the product, it fits good. Took about 2 hours to install due too the Chevy design of the Duramax engine.

It sounds way better then the stock more beefier. . and definitely more airflow
