This is a great book! Authentic and wonderful! I have been creating art for my own healing for many years now-reading the pages of this book I feel like it is pure raw honesty, along with humor and compassion. At the same time it feels like it was written by my best friend. I am going to re-read and this time with my highlighter! i throughly enjoyed this book and feel like Jessica is spot on in her words -and the added bonus is the great artwork. To add to its preciousness items from Jessica’s shop gift wrap and truely are a gift to yourself!

I've been a fan of Jessica since being introduced via a Sketchbook Revival video. Art for Self-care was an indulgence I purchased for myself — and my soul. I knew I was in for a treat when it arrived wrapped in bright tissue, with a personal note. I'm looking forward to diving in!
