Great safe! Super easy to install and use.

It took a couple of months to decide to buy one. I'm glad I did. It was super easy to install and the electronic version holds up to 50 fingerprints. This is way more than me and my wife need, but it would be great for a family. We use it for phones, iPad, camera, etc. when we go out and about. We don't use it for personal protection devices, although it would be great for that too. The USB C port for backup power is a great idea. I did put in lithium batteries as I've had a lot of problems with alkaline batteries leaking lately. It should be good to go for a long time.

Live the safe, customer service is missing

Just bought my second one. Live the safe, works as described and thankfully have not had it tested by a thief yet. But both times, I never got a confirmation of purchase email. Never got a notice of shipping. Had to email customer service both times to be told, they dropped the ball, were waiting on product to arrive from customs, yet next day get a shipping notice. Just be honest, they didn’t appear overnight to be shipped that day when you told me they weee held up in customs.

By reading directions and setting up fingerprints in insulation took less than five minutes. If I’m not using the backseat, I use the cable to secure it to the vehicle if the backseat is to be used. 100% pleased with this product.
