Great Olive Purchase

This is the second time this year I bought olives. Both experiences were great but early harvest the first time amazing quality olives the late harvest olives were a little smaller, but boy are they great quality is perfect. Taste is fantastic. Can’t wait to do it again.

The Olives were delivered as i ordered. Very clean … exactly the same size i requested.. the Olives were very fresh… When i talked to Liz over the phone, i felt as if i have known her for years.. She really cares about her clients.. She was honest…am really happy with my Olives . We prepare our olives by curing process( water method) ( middle eastern way ) we already started eating them .. Gosh , they are yummy.. Definitely am ordering next season and to follow…

I searched for the better part of the year to find some olives suitable for small batch home canning in the Sicilian tradition. I could not find any other suppliers that would fit the bill. Then I found Liz at the American Olive Farmer. She worked with me to find the kind of olives that would suit our needs, and went out of her way to see that they were shipped to me at the right time, freshly picked. The fresh olives arrived, beautifully packed, and are currently undergoing our home curing process. It was a joy to talk to Liz because she is so knowledgeable and so helpful and cheerful. I can’t say enough about the level of service we received, and I look forward to ordering more next year.
