Oatmeal with Chocolate Chip, Pecan & Walnut

Cookies were very dry and tasted old

Made a big order for a birthday 3 years ago and had a great experience. Decided to do it again for my son’s birthday and they were awful. The guests were saying they tasted like crackers. Worst part is I already had two cakes and I was doing this as an extra surprise for the guests to impress them. I reached out and the company assured me they were baked fresh and gave me no resolution. Definitely did not taste fresh. Very disappointing!
