Pelican CasePro Quad Whiskey Carrier Case - 4 Bottle

I bought this in the interests of taking full advantage of the carry limit for whiskey on an airplane without sacrificing the limited space in my suitcase and making it harder on baggage handlers. Most bottles fit beautifully in the pre-cut foam niches. As you can see from the picture, I had a skinny bottle, two fat bottles, and a square bottle. There was enough give in the foam for them all to fit, and it was firm enough to hold them in place and protect them. Taller bottles will be a problem, like Savannah Distilling's 108 Founder's Reserve and James E Pepper Bottled in Bond Bourbon. But, for most bottles, it should fit.

The inserts are suitable for most liquor bottles. The foam is dense enough to protect against shock, but yields enough to stuff slightly fatter bottles into these spaces. But not all. Taller ones (like Savannah Distillery’s Founders’ Reserve) will not fit. I bought this as an alternative to overloading my suitcase with bottles when taking trips, and it has thus far proven up to the task.
