Good, pads are kinda bad

Big improvement from the lump of memory foam I cut off a mousepad. Docking one star because the slotted pads that come with it are fairly uncomfortable and the replacements I bought that assured me they were compatible with the G model have no magnets or holds for the strap, rendering them functionally useless.

The product performs flawlessly as intended, and the customer service provided is exceptional. .

I just don't think it's worth the money. With the strap fitted, it's ok, but annoying if you have a keyboard like the Logi K860 with non-removable pad. I then started using without the strap, but then you really have to train yourself to land your hand on it perfectly every time. It's been a few weeks and I'm just not wowed like other people have been.
