Great Product

I’ve been using this for years because my ophthalmologist had it in his office for clients to buy. Now that he’s not here anymore I’ve purchased it elsewhere and have been having trouble with the plunger on the container it comes in. I find that is the case with yours as well as others, but no one has fixed the problem. It used to come all assembled but doesn’t now. I never had problems until this change. I surely hope you can fix it as I want to continue to buy it.
