The gym is great and you do feel it in your jaw after chewing for 20-30 minutes. For me personally there is enough pieces for roughly 40 days of chewing per pack. I highly recommend putting the containers in the fridge as it is far easier to chew and holds together fine after softening in your mouth. My only complaint is that it is difficult to swallow and you have to watch washing it down with cold water as cold beverages make it harden very quickly and it can scratch your throat. Overall I recommend it as an excellent gum alternative.

The face oil is unbelievable. Gives me a glow and moisturizer my skin like nothing else. The hair serum is fantastic too- adds body and volume and doesn’t weigh it down. Excellent products and I would definitely buy again.
