I couldnt find wide width and the staff said it should be ok to try the medium (they had in stock) as long as the box stayed the same. They were right - very knowledgeable staff!

Interesting to wear…

This is my first pair of Gaynors and they feel pretty good. The shank flexibility is just right. I do wonder if I’d do better with a more tapered box in a wider width, but that’s a fitting issue—usually satisfaction with a show has more to do with how it fits than with manufacturing. I’m looking forward to being able to wear them for a bit longer than a traditional shoe.
