Shoes are great, but just wish customer service was a bit better! Tried to ask when they were arriving as I didn't have a dispatch notification, tracking ID, or anything to say the order was being fulfilled and was told they'd arrive "by the end of the week, most probably"! I spoke to them and it got sorted out in the end.
