8" Everywhere Pan + Handle

Excellent pan for stove or campfire

I've used this on a portable MSR stove, and on a campfire. It worked well on both. The stove produced heat significantly more in the one spot it touched the pan, but that's to be expected. Cooking with it was fairly easy. The one thing I noticed is the bottom of the handle does get too hot to touch, so use a cloth with it. I love how the handle is detachable, but also locks in place. This pot does well with smallish pieces of meat/vegetables, soup, stew, etc. It also functions well as a bowl or plate due to its size. Seasoning it was easy, and frying eggs on it was no problem. Definitely heavy, but not nearly as bad as cast iron. Excellent if you want to have more cooking options, but not great if weight is a concern.

Love this pan. Just made a hot sandwich in it today! Heats quickly and evenly. Cleans up easily.
