i got the peach bracelet and its so cute and delicate i love it so much

When I received my first package, the bracelet was broken. I was shocked by the poor quality. Then I contacted customer service, the response was fairly quick and a couple days later, a new one was shipped to me, which was efficient. The new one mailed to me was in good condition, much better experience than the first one!
