Ok, but not my favorite

A little more bitter than others I have tried. Still trying but haven’t yet found the sweet spot for brewing time

I Love Nicaragua - Medium Roast

I've been drinking various varieties of Crio Brew and found that Nicaragua Medium Roast is my favorite because of the smooth, rich, full bodied chocolate flavor. I brew it in my drip coffee maker on the "bold" and 1-4 cup setting. I use 6 1/2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of cacao. The cacao expands and I found that any more than 1/2 cup of cacao overflows the filter. I tried French press method but the grind is too fine and it's impossible to fully extend the plunger.

One of My Favorites

I like this flavor. It's not too harsh and I love the chocolatey flavor. I mix it with a little No Sugar Italian Sweet Cream, and it is amazing.
