I love this spice mix and use it lots of ways. My favorite way is to add a table spoon to tomato paste along with olive oil to make the perfect pizza topping. We go through several of these spice mixes to flavor our mostly Mediterranean diet. Ordering is easy and my orders arrive quickly and are accurate. Party favorite

Roma’s burning is a party favorite with a bit of zip. Pairs well with Kettle chips and a crisp Sauvignon Blanc.
