Disappointed

The items were of good quality! My grandson loved them when he finally got them. Ordered way before Christmas, one item for Christmas one for his birthday. Didn’t arrive before either! I spent endless hours chasing my parcel only to find delivery was not organised and my parcel had never left the facility !
