Terrible customer support

They don’t fit. I sent Quoddy multiple emails and I have attempted to call the company several times and I’ve not received a response back. Originally I was hoping to exchange the shoes for a larger size but after this terrible experience I don’t want anything to do with this company. I contacted my credit card company today to dispute the charge.
