Love my new chair

So far this chair is very comfortable, and I like the lower back. It's a big change, visually, from the hulking black office chair I had before, and it feels more like a piece of furniture. One tip I would give for people struggling to assemble the chair is to ignore the suggestion to insert the Allen key into the top hole. What I did was hand-tighten a screw into one of the bottom two holes and then use the Allen key to line up the second of those holes. Once I had it in place, I carefully removed the Allen key, making sure not to move the arm, and then slipped in the second screw and hand-tightened it. At that point, the top hole is either going to be aligned or not. It was perfect for me and the third screw slipped right in, and then I was able to use the key to tighten everything up. Everything is very solid and the castors move very smoothly. Happy with my purchase!

The chair is beautiful and very comfortable (although a little large). It is exactly what I was looking for in a home office setup because it blends perfectly into my decor without making the room look like an office. However, I find it unfortunate, if not unfair, to have to spend an extra $45 for a cylinder suited for someone 5’11’’ and taller. For a chair at this premium price point, such an adjustment should be included. Furthermore, the additional cylinder (in all black) doesn't match as well as the original one. I am satisfied with the product itself, but quite perplexed by this pricing policy.

Almost perfect

Very comfortable to sit on. I love the adjustable tilt and it was easy to assemble. The downside is the arms are not adjustable and they are too low for me to be comfortable.
