Product arrived in damaged. Required a refund. Their policy is you have to pay to return it. The cost of return shipping through UPS was $16 which is more than the cost of the product. Company doesn't do exchanges. Buyer beware. Make sure your order is right.

My sterling silver silverware was pretty tarnished. It did not get it all off, but I am going to try it again soon. I probably need the larger size, but I will wait a bit longer to order it.
