Cream Hoodie

I’m disappointed with my experience with Wahine Toa. I placed my order on 13 June and it did not arrive until 2 July (12 business days later). The parcel was marked “Out for Delivery” for 3 days with no updates, and when I contacted customer service I was told they would contact the courier and get back to me, but I never received any follow-up. When the parcel arrived, the proof-of-delivery photo showed it was left over my fence rather than at my front door, despite a visible “Beware of Dogs” sign. The parcel was accessed by an animal and my hoodie was damaged as a result. I have tried contacting Wahine Toa to resolve this by requesting a refund or replacement, but I have not received a response and their email is now returning an error. I hope this can be resolved, but I wanted to share my experience with the delivery and customer service process.

I'm size 16-18 normally and sized up for the extra comfy roomier feels. Love the softness on the inside. Well ready for the cooler days. Service was good. Can't fault at all and highly recommend.
