Great quality - repeat customer

I looked into a lot of different play couches as I was concerned with the foam off gassing and quality of covers etc. I purchased a full play couch a few months ago along with cubes and now the rocker:wedge bundle. The quality is fantastic, and despite a very sensitive nose, unless I opened the zippers and put my nose right into the foam I could not smell a thing and did not suffer any headaches as I have with memory foam pillows or mattress pads in the past. In terms of durability, I can’t tell you how great the quality is. My kids are HARD on things (4 ranging from 1-12, all very energetic and rambunctious).I haven’t yet needed to wash the covers despite pets and children as they wipe clean quite easily but from the quality of the fabric I can tell they will hold up well. The best part of the cocohop is that the kids can play for hours and hours without asking for their devices. It is great for regulation and creating a quiet safe space for a dysregulated little one to express their big feelings safely. The downside is that the kids love them so much they have a tendency of fighting over them! Yes, they are a bit more expensive but absolutely worth it IMO. In terms of customer service, when I needed to reach out to customer service they responded quickly with a resolution that was better than anticipated. I am a repeat customer already and anticipate continuing to add to our collection. Thanks Go Coconut for creating such amazing products! The only thing I’d change is maybe an optional cover or add on for the wedge that was more slippery for sliding but really it works well as is so that would just be a bonus. Thanks Go Coconut!

Our son absolutely loves playing on this furniture. First we got a full set, then we got additional wedge and mega rocker and then we also got the cubes. The quality is awesome and when we did need to reach out to customer service we got an answer right away and it was absolute pleasure to deal with. There’s a reason we keep buying more
