Excellent for prep, mixing, marinade, any and all use for kitchen bowls. I opted for the five piece instead of six, didn’t feel I needed the very smallest bowl. Only complaint is the silicone better be cleaned and dried before you stack them for storage. Flour and other kitchen basics will stick to silicone and dirty up other bowls. I’m truly nitpicking at this point, and it’s a chef responsibility to make sure all parts are clean anyways.
