Great message. But the size runs way too small. And poor customer care.

I will never buy from this company again. I bought three MEDIUM t-shirts. All three shirts are way too small, much smaller than any medium t-shirt that I’ve seen. I emailed and asked if I could exchange them for a size LARGE. They responded saying that they do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind. Their REFUND POLICY does say that all sales are final and that they are unable to process refunds or cancellations. But it also says that for defective or damaged products to contact them to discuss a refund or EXCHANGE. I didn’t ask for a refund. I asked for an exchange. So, they can’t do exchanges for size but they can for defective or damaged? I don’t understand. I responded to their initial email and followed that with another email. But I have received no response. If you purchase a t-shirt, you may want to consider ordering a size larger than you need.
