Very slow order processing - took over 3 weeks for delivery of final package (order was shipped as 3 separate packages). Worst part is terrible communication - no replies or addressing of the delays 🤷‍♂️. The clay itself is amazing, best on the market, we keep purchasing it for years. Usually buying from Amazon, and it takes about 5 days for delivery, but this first experience with official shop is frustrating.
