Escapade Single-Wick Candle

I ordered two candles from this company, neither of which had any fragrance. I attempted to return them, and I was not allowed to return them because I had burned them. Both had been burned for probably an hour at the most. How was I to know that they were not going to have any fragrance if they weren’t burned? They are candles. Their customer service it was terrible. Very disappointed. Truly a waste of money.

I never recieved my candles or mystery gift. There was nothing in the package but a recipe and a thank you card. I'm aggravated.

Candle was all gouged as if it was a return. Entire order was a sad moment
