It never arrived so I can’t review it

We ordered this camera for my daughter’s 5th birthday, 2 weeks ahead of time and it never arrived. Support is sending a new one apparently, which we appreciate, but it’s a big disappointment because this was supposed to be my daughter’s big gift… and her birthday was a week ago.
