I bought a pair of these a couple years ago but have since changed hospitals and had to buy a different color. Regardless, these are exactly the same and haven't changed in style. I ordered an XS which is my normal size. I love the pockets and have room in the pants to last the rest of my pregnancy, given this is a singleton pregnancy. There is some stretch, but you may need to size up if you want or think you will need more room. The belly band covers my entire belly comfortably and you can always fold it down if needed for better fit or comfort.
