Absolute waste of money. Do not but this item or anything else from this company. They say 3-5 business days yet it took over a month for my order to get delivered. I have not tried the washing machine cleaner yet but the other items I bought are completely useless. Customer service replies to you when you complain the first time but then you will not receive another answer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

It works but you really have yo put alot of effort into it. I got a blister from doing our bedroom carpet. Takes alot of force and scrubbing action not an easy dragging

Best product ever!

I’m a pet parent of 6; we have 4 cats and 2 dogs so there is a lot of shedding that happens! This is the best cleaning tool I have ever purchased! It’s great for rugs, which I have, and my hard wood floors! It’s crazy the amount of hair that comes up that you don’t even see.
