Too expensive for something so low quality

I waited for a month before receiving a cheap plastic child’s necklace for US$70 I am very disappointed in the quality. The text says durable copper metal. There’s nothing metal about the necklace. It’s basically plastic jewelry you’d expect to find in a little girls Cinderella costume kit.
