With short notice Kiana was able to put together not just one but two custom tumblers each one slightly different. They made great coaches gift for end of season thank yous. Coaches say they are great at keeping cold cold and hot hot. They loves that they also came with a sturdy straw, or could use the slide top lid by itself. The mouth of the tumbler is just wide enough to be able to reach all the way in to be able to wash well by hand. I love that it isn't a decal so there will be no peeling of the image. Just overall a great product, super customer service(she had to walk me though check out), and very quick from order to door! Thank you!
