Screen Rotation Adapter A13

Cannot use. Customer service gave me a run around. While this says it will fite vesa 100x100, and while their AI indicated this would fit my monitor, it's size meant it completely covered the ports which would have rendered the monitor unusable. When I sought a return, their AI made me jump through hoops but ultimatley confirmed a reuturn was acceptable. Then I received an email requesting the same photos and such I had submitted in the chat. To make this more ridiculous, the chat link was in the email. After several email exchanges, I was informed the return was ok'd but subject to a restocking fee to cover postage. I said yes please. Now, days after the request for information on how to return the item, I have yet to recieve anything and am beginning to suspect I never will. At this point, I am likely to not bother with them again.
