I tried this yesterday. I mixed it with cold water as milk would add to the calorie intake.I used the advised four scoops. Took a bit more shaking to mix it up. Still had bits in it but more like porridge oats rather than powder. This doesn't bother me.Great taste. Tasted like and had the consistency of a milk shake. I give four stars rather than five as I didn't feel like it had filled me up. I have never drank meal replacement shakes before so have nothing to compare it to. I will stick with it and I would buy it again because of the nutritional value to it. Better than eating nothing.
