Product is great. Their shipping/turn around time is lazy and uninformative. When you call, they casually answer the phone and give minimal detail to your shipping status. I waited 2 weeks from order date to even receive tracking information. I paid for expedited shipping and did not receive this gift in time for the birthday it was intended for. Good product, poor shipping experience.
