I ordered some Sonic the Hedgehog hats in December and they got misdirected by the postal service. The team at Collective Hobbees did all the follow up for me, tracking the package and making sure it got to me. I was a USPS error but Collective Hobbees followed up and sent me updates throughout and this was during the week preceding Christmas so I'm sure a very busy week for them. The hats are great quality and I will definitely order from them again.
