Navy Stretch Metallic Lurex

I used this fabric to make a pair of stilt pants for a sailor costume. It's really gorgeous in the sunshine! It is stretchy but doesn't have as much bounce back as traditional spandex. I'd recommend lining it with another stretch material if using it for a garment that needs to maintain structure. The fabric was easy to work with & sewed beautifully. That said, it does shed quite a bit of glitter, which is why I removed a star and won't purchase this again. The glitter loss during the construction wasn't horrible, but as soon as it touches your skin it leaves a ton of glitter on you (especially if you are sweaty at all).
