Best Programming!!!
I attended a CrossFit gym for 6 years. I loved the community, but felt something was lacking.

Hands down the BEST money I’ve spent this year! I love not having to wing it with workouts. Your plan is made every week. There are instructional videos of all the movements and modifications are provided. I’ve done all the ebooks and decided to make the commitment. I have absolutely no regrets.
