Love these sweatpants

I'm 5'2, ~120lbs with a rectangular frame and I have both the black and grey, sizes s and xs, and both fit. the overall fit is a bit better with the xs (the s are just a bit baggier and I roll the cuff twice) but I love them both. I've dried them and I don't think they shrank too much if at all. I think they're worth the price because the quality seems like it will last.

Horrible Customer Service

I am a repeat customer and I used to love this brand. I purchased these sweats and had them for about 4 weeks. On the second wash, the sweats came out with two small holes in them. I contacted CS and Kate said POC is not responsible. I told her how upsetting this was as the sweats went in perfectly fine and no other articles were damaged. I stated I wasn't going to shop with POC anymore if she can't help. She replied with I understand if you don't shop with POC any longer. Are you serious? I am going to initiate a charge back because this is absolutely ridiculous. $138 for sweats and I get this kind of service? I spend too much money on clothing and rarely need any help with CS. I am not sure why I am not getting the benefit of the doubt here.
