Positive Experience

Five stars because my order is always accurate, and they always ship it quickly. I can't really comment on the quality of the ingredients because I'm not a scientist. All I know is it tastes similar to other brands of matcha.

shady website

3 stars because the matcha is delicious, but I feel completely gipped by this company right now. My subscription began at 40 each shipment and has increased to 60 without my approval or knowledge, and I cannot find a link to cancel or change my subscription anywhere, even being logged in to my account. The website needs serious work. Even a contact email would have prevented my disgruntlement. Now I don't really trust POW. I wanted to pull my subscription back because these packets have really piled up! But I may just be done with the company because of shady subscription tactics and no exit door.
