Poor quality. You can barely see the writing. I have asked how to get a refund and haven’t heard a word.

I ordered this cup and it was handled very well!! It’s the perfect work cup because I work as a CNA in a nursing home and have gotten lots of compliments on it!! Piper Lou never disappoints!!

The original order’s text on the travel mug was wrong. Upon receipt of my notification, Piper Lou immediately began production on a corrected travel mug and shipped it to my friend at no additional cost. That’s terrific customer service and exactly why I will continue to order from Piper Lou. Highly recommend.
